The modern kitchen/living room is on the ground floor and the bonus is that you can use the street in front of the house as your own patio to enjoy the views or go for a dip on the beach just below the house. Near the apartment is a little cafe and one of the Rovinj's best restaurants. If you value your personal space and don't like crowds, just order a drink on your private patio and carefree enjoy the sunset and your drink. And when you are in a comfortable bedroom on the first floor, you can look at the sea straight from your double bed, the last thing at night and first thing in the morning.
